About the event
Restorative yoga is a great way to find rest in our busy days. These longer held poses will encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. We will meet at Hampden park so please bring a mat, beach towel, and water. In case of bad weather an email will be sent out 30 minutes prior to the start of class with further directions. This is donation based class.
