Mother Tree Learning and Wellness uses a holistic approach with transformational coaching, collaborative consulting, and facilitation with individuals, small groups, and organizations.
Educational Coaching Services Include:

Support educators to use an equity lens when examining and reflecting on educational structures, systems, curriculum, and policies.

Provide one-to-one transformational coaching by focusing on personal and professional goals.

Identify patterns of disproportionality in data that perpetuate status quo practice.

Facilitate restorative and relationship building circle practices.

Evaluate, facilitate, and support Qcomp processes, structures, and programs.

Support leaders who observe teachers and the process for observations and feedback.

Facilitate ongoing teacher and team reflections, collaboration and evaluation through an UP coaching model.

Collectively design, facilitate, implement and evaluate professional development focusing on topics such as racial equity and engagement, restorative practices, social emotional learning and student success with teams at school sites and educators.
