cancellation policy

Group Classes

  • Cancellations/rescheduling: Must be made at least 6 hours before class via our online booking system.

  • Refunds: Prepaid classes are non-refundable, but credit can be applied to a future class.

Arrival: Please arrive before the scheduled start time.

Workshops & Series

  • Notice required: Email mothertreelearning@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance to cancel.

  • Late cancellations: Less than 48 hours’ notice is non-refundable, unless we can fill your spot.

  • No-shows: Absences without proper notice are non-refundable.

Private Sessions

  • Notice required: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Less than 24 hours: The session will be charged in full and is non-refundable.

If We Cancel

  • If the studio or practitioner cancels a class, workshop, or event:

    • You will be notified by email

    • You will receive a full credit toward a future class or workshop of equal value
