My mission is to empower students and teachers to have a wellness practice that is accessible and available in all schools. I envision that students and teachers build body-mind awareness and deeper alignment with their values, beliefs, and purpose through their practice.

Yoga for Educators & Learners
As a high school visual art teacher I know how beautiful and demanding a school day can be because of the systems we work in. Taking time to slow down and center ourselves through yoga postures, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation can be found in each class or workshop. I carefully curate sequences for educators that promote rest, relaxation, and stillness so that each person can find a moment of pause and just be.

AFter school reset
In this 45 minute class you will find a combination of yoga nidra and restorative postures that offer total body relaxation. These postures will encourage you to slow down and find release through longer gentle holds. When practicing yoga nidra, just a short amount of time can equal hours of sleep by accessing the delta brainwaves, which are responsible for healing and restoration. When we carry stress, anxiety, and tension in our bodies, this class provides the reset that is needed so that we can be grounded and present.

Just Be: yoga for elementary students
Take a mindful minute (or several) and allow our younger learners to find movements that create energy and are fun. In these classes we will incorporate time to practice different ways to breathe, movement, and creative practices such as a mini art project or story telling.​​​​​

Create & Collaborate
In this 60 minute class you will be able to practice a combination of slow flow vinyasa and yin postures while weaving in a creative visual art practice. The poses in this class will generate some heat but will shift to longer slower holds to cool down. During our practice we will incorporate the arts to help ground your practice.​​​​

Just be: yoga for middle & high school students
Pause from daily school schedule and incorporate a body break to release any stress and have fun! These classes combine breathing and grounding practices, community-building exercises, a variety of yoga postures, and mindfulness so that students can build resiliency, courage, and community while reducing stress levels and creating peace.

A Teacherly moment
In a world that asks us to go, go, go, how are you cultivating space to slow down by building self-awareness? This 75 minute professional development workshop will explore ways to experience self-care through gratitude practices, the ability to build more stillness and self-awareness through yoga, and the chance to grow our bodies ability to respond rather than react through the understanding of somatics. ​​
