A donation based sister circle fostering connection and growth

Sister Soul Care Session is a sacred sanctuary where women come together to nurture their spirits, cultivate connections, and embark on journeys of self-discovery. Led by Priscilla Momah and Cristina Benz, these sessions offer a refuge from the busyness of life, providing a space for reflection, healing, and growth.

Each gathering is thoughtfully curated around a specific theme, ranging from stillness and love to forgiveness and courage. Through guided meditations, reflective practices, and wisdom-sharing circles, participants are invited to explore the depths of their souls and engage in meaningful dialogue with fellow sisters.

At the heart of these Sister Soul Care is the belief in the power of community and collective wisdom. Participants are encouraged to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion as they navigate life's challenges and celebrate its joys together.

Whether you're seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a sense of belonging, Sister Soul Care offers a supportive and nurturing space where you can honor your journey, connect with kindred spirits, and awaken the wisdom of your soul. Join us as we embark on this transformative and enriching experience together.

There have been many moments in my life where I found myself coming back to my yoga practice and weaving it in my life. I began my yoga journey with little understanding about the history and philosophy, the styles of asana, and the practice itself, but it has continued to emerge, and through intentional dedication, it has allowed me to create space for a deep self study, rest, and my creative visual art practices.

My yoga practice keeps me rooted and grounded in my values and beliefs, and It is my hope through restorative, yin, and a combination of asana classes, workshops, and creative experiences that community members will come together to learn, create, and ultimately nourish their soul.
