About the event
Welcome to "Sister Soul Care Sessions" a nurturing space created by Priscilla Momah and Cristina Benz, where connection and personal growth intertwine. Join us on the last Monday of each month at 6:30pm at the welcoming ambiance of Carleton Artist Lofts. Each session unfolds a journey of self-discovery, connection with community, a creative range of themes. We will explore yoga, meditation, and creative art practices each time we meet.
